摘要 结合空调挂机中梁塑料件模具结构设计困难问题,在优化塑料件分型设计的基础上,设计了一模一腔三板注塑模具。模腔的浇注采用3个点浇口进行平衡注塑。为简化模具结构及脱模机构的结构设置,塑料件的分型采用主、次两个分型面进行垂直开模方向上的分型,设置了6个滑块机构及3个斜顶机构对塑料件进行局部特征的抽芯脱模。6个滑块机构的结构形式都采用挡块外置定位和弹簧拉杆辅助驱动,以减小机构占用模架空间,缩减模架的结构尺寸;对应的滑块机构设计中,采用二级式隧道滑块结构,提高了模架空间的利用率,有利于降低模具的整体成本。设计了一种新型前模斜顶机构,机构利用弹簧驱动斜顶座来驱动斜顶杆将塑料件从型腔中顶出,从而达到实现塑料件弯钩特征及孔特征在前模侧向抽芯脱模的目的,此机构构思巧妙,结构简单,既简化了模具的整体结构,又降低了模具的制造成本。 According to the difficulty in the structural design of middle beam of air conditioner hanger plastic parts,one mold,one cavity,three plates and injection mold were designed on the basis of optimizing the design of plastic parts.Three point gates were used for balanced injection moulding.In order to simplify the structure of the mould and the demoulding mechanism,the main and secondary parting surfaces were used to partition the plastic parts vertically in the direction of open mold.Six slider mechanisms and three inclined top mechanisms were set up to demould the parts with local characteristics.All the six slider mechanisms adopt the external positioning of the block and the auxiliary driving of the spring pull rod to reduce the occupancy of the space of the die base and the structural size of the die base.In the design of the corresponding slider mechanism,the two-stage tunnel slider structure was adopted,which improves the utilization rate of the space of the die base and helps to reduce the overall cost of the mold.In the fixed mold,a new type of inclined top mechanism of the fixed mold was designed.The mechanism used the spring to drive the inclined top rod to eject the plastic parts from the cavity,so as to realize the purpose of the bending hook characteristics and hole characteristics of the plastic parts and the side core pulling and demoulding of the fixed mold.The mechanism was ingenious in conception and simple in structure,which was conducive to simplifying the mold.The overall structure and mold manufacturing cost were reduced.
