摘要
为了解岩溶地区生态系统中植物根系对土壤养分的影响,采用剥落法等方法对岩溶地区常绿阔叶林树种根际与非根际土壤的养分特征进行了分析。结果表明:不同树种根际土壤养分含量差异较大,12种树种根际土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、碱解氮和有效磷均显著高于非根际土壤,根际土壤养分呈明显的富集作用,全钾和速效钾因植物种类不同富集率呈正值和负值;根际土壤pH值平均低于非根际土壤0.27;根际与非根际土壤有机质与全氮呈极显著相关(P<0.01),土壤全氮与全磷、碱解氮呈极显著正相关。岩溶地区森林生态系统植物对土壤环境质量的改善作用明显。
In order to understand the effects of plant roots on soil nutrient in karst area,exfoliation method was used to analyze nutrient characteristics in rhizosphere and bulk soil of evergreen broad-leaved forest in karst regions.The results showed that the rhizosphere soil nutrients had significant difference among different tree species,and the organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available nitrogen,available phosphorus in rhizosphere soil were apparently higher than that in bulk soil.Rhizosphere soil showed significant nutrient enrichment effects.The enrichment ratio of total potassium and available potassium had negative or positive value as the plant species changed.The average pH value of rhizosphere soil was 0.27 lower than that of bulk soil.In rhizosphere and bulk soil,there was a significant correlation between the organic matter and total nitrogen(P0.01),and the total nitrogen showed a high significant correlation with both of total phosphorus and available nitrogen.In brief,the plants of forest ecosystem in karst regions had an important role in the improvement of soil environmental quality.
