摘要
以6个不同苎麻品种的根际土壤为材料,对根际的土壤养分、细菌、真菌、放线菌、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、pH的差异性及其根际土壤养分与苎麻产量和纤维品质的相关性进行了研究。结果表明根际环境中全氮、全磷、全钾含量、pH、微生物数量存在品种间差异性。株高与全磷、有效磷含量呈极显著负相关,有效株数与全磷达到显著正相关,株高与全钾呈显著正相关。纤维支数与全磷显著负相关,纤维强力与全钾极显著负相关。
The dynamic properties of soil nutrients,bacteria,actinomyces,fungi,urease,acid phosphatase,and pHs in the rhizosphere soils of 6 ramie varieties and the soil nutrients' effect on the fiber yield and quality were studied.The results showed that there were differences on the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,microbial numbers and pHs in different ramie varieties' rhizosphere soils,and there was a highly significant negative correlation between plant height and total P,a highly significant negative correlation between plant height and available P,a significant positive correlation between harvested plants and total P,and between plant height and total K,a significant negative correlation between fiber fineness and total P,a significant negative correlation between fiber strength and total K.
