尾加压素Ⅱ与心血管疾病的关系及运动训练对其的影响 被引量:1

摘要 尾加压素Ⅱ(以下简称UⅡ)是目前已知的最强缩血管物质。人心肌细胞、冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块及脂质沉积的平滑肌和巨噬细胞中均含有丰富的UⅡ;其受体GPR14主要在人的心肌、主动脉、肺动脉内皮和VSMC中表达。本文就UⅡ与某些心血管疾病的关系以及运动训练对UⅡ产生的影响作综述。
