摘要
社会转型、经济结构调整使欠发达地区公共图书馆面临前所未有的挑战。在外界环境与因特网技术潮流的双重挤压下,欠发达地区公共图书馆只有提升传统服务功能,拓展图书文献数字化服务空间,重构图书馆与读者平等交流、沟通的关系,才能走出公共图书馆被社会疏离、边缘化的困境。
The social transformation and the readjustment underdeveloped areas face unprecedented challenges. Under the of economic structure make the public libraries in dual extrusion of external environment and Internet＇s technical tide, the public libraries in underdeveloped areas must upgrade the traditional service functions, expand the digital service space, and rebuild the equal communication between libraries and readers for keeping themselves out of trouble of alienation and marginalization in the society.
