摘要
以TiCl3作为前驱体,在乙醇介质中发生胶化反应,形成溶胶,用浸渍-提拉法在AZ91D镁合金表面制备TiO2薄膜。利用扫描电镜、能谱仪对薄膜形貌进行观察;利用静态失重法、电化学试验等方法进行耐腐蚀性能研究。结果表明:镁合金表面形成了均匀分布的TiO2薄膜,对镁合金表面起到了一定的保护作用。
TiO2 film was deposited on the surface of magnesium alloy by the method of dip-coating with TiCl3 ethanol solution as a precursor. The morphology of the TiO2 film was observed by SEM and EDS. The corrosion resistance was tested by weight loss method and electrochemistry method. The results show that the TiO2 film with uniform distribution is prepared on the surface of magnesium alloy; which can propect the surface of magnesium.
