Calcifing fibrous tumour of lung: a case report

摘要 1.临床资料 患者．女性．54岁。右侧胸部外伤后。至当地医院行CT检查发现右肺下叶结节影10余天。外院CT右肺下叶结节大小约3cm×2cm．结节内有多发高密度影。为求进一步诊治入我院胸心外科住院治疗。临床诊断：右下肺肺段切除。
