摘要
对于即将成为经济建设主力军的大学毕业生而言,严峻的就业形势对其考验不仅在于专业水平方面,还在于其自身的职业适应能力。通过对国内外相关文献的研究,可以总结出心理学、社会学和经济学等领域对如何提高大学生职业适应能力这一问题的看法,从个人层面、企业层面、高校层面对这一问题归因和分析应对策略。
Career adaptability is the most important issue other than the professional skills that the grim job market picture asks the college graduates to possess. This paper summarizes the literature of career adaptability varied from psychology, management to sociology, and then puts forward the possible explanations of the lack of career adaptability, which implies the strategies that the college graduates can take as the way to solving these problems.
