Expression and clinical significance of AQP1 in placenta of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中水通道蛋白1(aquaporins1,AQP1)的表达情况及意义。方法选择2010年8月至2011年4月在北京军区总医院住院分娩的妊娠期高血压疾病患者共44例(妊娠期高血压疾病组),其中妊娠期高血压孕妇15例(妊娠期高血压组),轻度子痫前期孕妇14例(轻度子痫前期组),重度子痫前期孕妇15例(重度子痫前期组);以同期正常晚期妊娠妇女16例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测各组孕妇胎盘组织中AQP1表达水平。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组与对照组比较胎盘组织中AQP1表达明显增强,差异有极显著性(U=2.661,P<0.01),妊娠期高血压组、轻、重度子痫前期组间AQP1表达逐渐增强,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 AQP1在妊娠期高血压疾病患者尤其是在重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达升高可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展密切相关。 Objective:To explore changes of AQP1 in placenta of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and its clinical significance.Methods: From Aug 2010 to Apr 2011,44 patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP) who delivered in General Hospital of Beijing Military Command were recruited in the study group(HDCP group),including 15 women with gestaunal hypertension(GH group),14 women with moderate preeclampsia(MPE group) and 15 women with severe preeclampsia(SPE group).Another 16 healthy pregnant women were taken as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of AQP1 in placenta.Results: the expression of AQP1 in the placenta of HDCP group were significantly elevated than that in control group,there were significant differences.(U=2.661,P0.01),The expression of AQP1 in the placenta of HDCP.MPE.SPE,gradually increased,there were significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions: The expression of AQP1 is significantly increased in placenta in HDCP,especially SPE;The rising level may be closely related with the occurrence and development of disease.
