摘要
战略性新兴产业空间布局的趋同性问题必须引起高度关注。引入总部经济概念,通过将总部和生产制造基地分离可以促进不同空间的资源配置,有利于解决战略性新兴产业发展中的产业布局雷同和缓解产业间的同构无序竞争等问题。文章认为,在总部经济发展的背景下,应该从完善战略性新兴产业总部经济发展规划、探索总部经济竞争与合作机制、整合政府和社会力量三个方面着手来促进战略性新兴产业空间布局的优化,推动其科学可持续发展。
