摘要
高新区与城市的协调互动发展是转变经济发展方式和经济社会可持续发展的内在要求。城市发展离不开高新区的引领和带动,高新区发展需以城市的基础条件为依托。文章认为,高新区应实施工业振兴战略,壮大特色优势产业推进城市产业结构升级;聚集和整合创新资源,推进创新型城市建设;完善社会化服务体系,促进园区与城市的协同发展。高新区所在地方政府应加强城市环境建设和优化高新区发展规划,为高新区发展提供良好环境,促进城市与高新区的良性互动发展。
High-tech zone and the city coordination interaction development is the intrinsic requirement of changing the mode of economic development and sustainable economic and social development. Urban development is inseparable from the hi-tech zone while the development of hi-tech zone is based on a well urban development. This paper holds that the high-tech zone should implement the strategy of emerging industry, strengthen competitive industries so as to upgrade the industrial structure; gather and integration innovation resources, promote innovative urban construction; improve socialization service system, and promote the coordinated development of the industrial park and the city. In the hi-tech zone, the local government should strengthen the urban environmental construction and optimization of high-tech zone development plan, provide a good environment for high-tech zone development, and promote the mutual development between the high-tech zone and the city.
