摘要
金融危机使我国经济发展面临着经济增长、资源环境约束和科技等多方面压力,发展战略性新兴产业成为了后金融危机时代我国经济发展的必然选择。而高新区在产业集群、创新服务环境和人才资源等方面的优势使其成为了发展战略性新兴产业的强大引擎。文章认为,应通过优化制度创新、创新高新区管理模式、把握传统产业与战略性新兴产业的关系及发展规律和构建多层次支撑体系等措施以高新区为龙头引领战略性新兴产业快速发展,促进我国新一轮经济繁荣。
Financial crisis gives a strong press on China＇s economy and resources environment and the technology, so, to develop strategic burgeoning industries becomes the inevitable of China＇s economic development. The high-tech zone enjoys the favorable conditions of industrial cluster, services, human resources, which is the powerful engine for developing strategic burgeoning industries. This paper considers that we should optimize the system, innovate the management mode, and integrate traditional industries and new rising industries, so as to promote the development of the new industries.
