摘要
无论是按劳分配还是按资分配,都有劳动力价值补偿问题。劳动力价值之所以得不到足额补偿,除了市场经济的内在机制决定外,还由于将劳动力价值的生产过程只看作经济过程。实际上,劳动力的生产及其价值形成是一个社会过程,劳动力价值水平反映人的发展水平,这在工资的国民差异中就可以看到。仅从劳动力价值补偿角度,就要提出收入分配要向劳动收入倾斜。
