呼和浩特市气传致敏花粉调查与花粉症临床资料分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解呼和浩特市气传花粉的种类、数量、飘散规律,探讨其与花粉症的关系。方法 2008年6月1日—2009年5月31日采用Durham重量玻片法取样进行气传花粉的调查,并对612例花粉症患者进行变应原皮肤试验及发病季节调查,分析其与花粉浓度间的相关性。调查结果与1984—1985年度进行分析比较。结果全年观察到花粉种类56种,收集花粉17 680粒。气传花粉飘散高峰集中在春季的3—5月和秋季的7—9月。花粉症患者的发病季节与气传致敏花粉高峰期相吻合,2次调查相比,花粉种类、数量均成倍增长,秋季花粉所占比率稍减少,春季花粉数量明显增加。蒿属花粉为优势气传花粉。结论该调查为呼和浩特市气传花粉的流行病学研究提供了参考资料,对该地区与花粉相关的变应性疾病的防治具有一定的临床指导意义。 [ Objective ] To investigate the type, quantity and drift patterns of airborne pollen in Hohhot, study its relationship to pollinosis. [ Methods ] A survey of airborne pollen was conducted by the aggregation of gravity from June 1, 2008 to May 31, 2009, meanwhile the skin prick tests of pollens and the study of invasion season were performed in 612 cases with pollenosis, as so to explore the correlation to pollen concentration. The survey results were compared with the result of 1984-1985. [ Results] A total of 56 pollen colonies were observed and 17 680 pollens were collected. The peak seasons of airborne pollen occurred in spring ( March to May ) and autumn ( July to September ). The invasion seasons of pollinosis were consistent with the peak seasons of airborne pollen. Compared with the data of 1984-1985, the type and quantity of airborne pollen in 2008-2009 increased significantly. The ratio of autumn pollen reduced slightly and spring pollen increased significantly. The Artemisia pollen was the dominant airborne pollen in this area. [ Conclusion]The study provides useful information for airborne pollen epidemiology in Hohhot, which has clinical significance on the diagnosis and treatment of pollen related allergic diseases.
