摘要
介绍了微机控制的阶梯轴多参数在线测量系统的测量原理、系统构成及测量误差分析。该系统具有多通道数据自动采集、零位校准、故障诊断等功能 ,可实现阶梯轴直径、同轴度、径向跳动、圆度、椭圆度等的在线测量。
The measuring principle, system composition and measuring error analysis of the computer controlled step shaft multi parameters on line measuring system are introduced. Functions such as multi channel automatic data acquisition,zero calibration and failure diagnose can be realized by the system,and multi parameters of step shafts such as diameter, coaxiality, radial variation, roundness and ellipticity can be measured at the same time by the system.
