摘要
针对蜂窝状表面微坑低频振动冲击加工中存在的问题,提出了利用位置敏感器件(PSD)和微处理器为核心构成在线二点法的刀具位移在线检测系统,将检测出来的实际参数传递给上位计算机,计算出刀具的修正位置和修正余量,由伺服电机驱动刀具在缸套内表面低频振动冲击加工,形成分布规律和结构参数可控的微坑,从而有效保证表面微坑深度的一致性及其分布的均匀性。
According to the problem that exists in low frequency vibration manufacture for honeycomb micro-pits of working surface,an on-line detection and measurement system for machining tool displacement by online two-points method composed of position sensitive detector(PSD) and micro control unit(MCU) was presented.The measured practical parameters were transmitted to computer for calculating the different values between the practical and theory.The machining tool was actuated by servomotor to machining the micro-pits of working surface precisely,ensuring the consistency of depth and the uniformity of distribution for micro-pits.
