摘要
市场经济的发展带来了农民物质财富的巨大增长,与物质文明相适应,加强农村精神文明建设,是新时期农村发展的重要议题。从对农民思想观念的调查数据来看,农村富裕、中等、贫困三类群体对土地有不同的情结;对财富和教育的观念差异较小;群体间交往相对缺乏。针对以上事实,本研究提出:要鼓励农民群体利用本土资源,探索农村发展的内源动力,推动农村发展;要为不同群体搭建交流平台,形成先富带动后富的局面,引导农村发展;也要构建各群体共同参与的组织载体,提供公共服务,保障农村发展。
The development of market economy brings the material wealth growth to peasant, and to adapt the material civilization, strengthening the construction of rural spiritual civilization is an important issue in rural areas in the new period. From the peasants＇ideological point of investigation data, the three kinds of Rich, medium, poverty group in rural area have different complex of the land; have the smaller difference for wealth and education conception ; lack the communication among the groups. In view of the above facts, this study proposed ： to encourage peasant use the local resources, explore the endogenous power of rural development, promote rural development; to build up a communication platform for different groups, form the situation of ＂first rich after driving rich＂, guide rural development; to build organizations for very group to participate, provide public service, safeguard rural development.
