摘要
目的评价3种真菌镜检溶液[10%氢氧化钾(KOH)溶液、20%KOH溶液、20%KOH与40%二甲基亚砜(DMSO)复方溶液]的敏感性、特异性、阳性率以及真菌菌丝显现平均时间。方法取临床怀疑甲真菌病的60例标本,用以上3种溶液做真菌镜检和培养,以培养结果为金标准。结果 3种真菌镜检溶液的敏感性、特异性和阳性率分别是60.9%、78.3%、82.6%;71.4%、78.6%、85.8%和53.3%、65.0%、66.7%。真菌菌丝显现平均时间为(12.2±9.642)、(10.7±8.641)、(6.8±6.268)min。结论 20%KOH和40%DMSO的复方溶液敏感性高,真菌菌丝显现清楚,时间短,可以作为真菌镜检的筛选溶液。
Objective To evaluate the sensitivity, specificity, positivity rate and the time for visible fungal of three different solutions in direct microscopic examination, including 10 % potassium hydroxide(KOH) solution, 20 % KOH solution,20% KOH and 40% dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) solution. Methods 60 nail scrapings from suspected cases of onychomycosis were subjected to direct microscopic examination and cultured in the three different solutions respectively. And the cultural result was considered as diagnostic gold standard. Results The sensitivity, specificity and positivity rate of the three solutions were 60.9% ,78.3% ,82.6% ; 71.4%,78.6% ,85.8%;and 53.3% ,65.0%, 66.7% respectively. The time for visible fungal of the three solutions were (12.2±0. 642)rain, (10.7±8. 641)min, (6.8±6. 268)min. Conclusion Addition of 40% DMSO to the 20% KOH mount gives higher sensitivity,faster results and better visualization, which could be used as the solution for microscopic examination.
