摘要
针对人因工程课程教学中存在的问题,并结合学科特点和学生学习规律,提出了面向应用的教学新模式。在新教学模式中,实例化教学是核心,实验、实习等实践教学是重要支撑,共同构成以应用为导向的课程教学体系。在实例化教学设计、应用性实验开发等方面,对新模式进行了探索和尝试。
Direct against extant defect and deficiency in Human Factors Engineering teaching, a new application-oriented teaching mode is put forward on basis of characteristics and learning rules. This mode of teaching consists of instantiation teaching, experiment and practice, in which instantiation teaching is core component, and practical teaching is important support. Plenty of exploration and practice work has been done in design of instantiation teaching, selection and organization of cases, development of application-oriented experiments, and so on.
