This paper expounds and explores the necessity and requirements of decision analysis evaluation the project and the content and management measures of project construction cost in detail. Whether the early and implementation phase of project, we all need to conduct dynamic management and system management to achieve maximum effectiveness which is the ultimate goal of manager.
