LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的疗效分析被引量：5

摘要目的:与冷刀宫颈锥切术(CKC)对比,探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)的价值。方法:将114例确诊CIN患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(CKC组)和观察组(LEEP组),每组各57例,分析两组的手术时间、术中出血量、排液时间、切口愈合时间及治愈率。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、排液时间、切口愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05),但两组治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:LEEP刀与CKC治疗CIN均有较好的疗效,但LEEP刀创伤较小、痛苦少、愈合快,优于CKC。
