摘要
目的探讨临床开展优质护理服务对护理职业紧张的影响。方法选择35名2010年6月-2012年7月来本院工作的应届毕业护理人员,比较实施优质护理前后其主要职业压力情况。结果护理干预后护理从业人员自觉任务不适、责任压力过大、休闲时间少和害怕纠纷的比例均较干预前显著降低(P〈0.05)。结论优质护理提高了护理人员应对突发事件的能力,提高了工作效率,弹性排班更是减轻年轻护士职业紧张的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the influence of clinical research of high quality nursing service on nursing occu- pation intense impact. Methods Thirty five cases with job graduating hospital were choosed, and the main occupation pressure were nursing staff since June 2010 to July 2012 in our compared before and after quality nursing care imple- mentation. Results The nursing practitioners perceived task discomfort, large responsibility pressure, less leisure time and afraid of dispute ratio after intervention were lower than before (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The quality of nursing care can improve nursing staff to deal with emergencies and elevate the work efficiency, and the elastic scheduling can re- duce the nurse occupation stress of the young nurses.
