摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、呋喃唑酮与奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑两种不同三联疗法治疗胃幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月～2012年10月本院收治的胃幽门螺杆菌感染患者100例,将其按照随机双盲原则分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、呋喃唑酮三联疗法治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑三联疗法治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程,疗程结束后比较两组的临床疗效及药物不良反应情况。结果观察组Hp根除率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.986,P=0.037<0.05)。观察组药物不良反应发生率为8.00%,对照组药物不良反应发生率为18.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.014,P=0.178>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑、左氧氟沙星、呋喃唑酮三联疗法治疗胃幽门螺杆菌感染疗效优于奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、甲硝唑三联疗法,可以明显提高Hp根除率,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole, levofloxacin, furazolidone and omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole two different triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods One hundred cases of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients in each group, the observation group were used omeprazole, lev- ofloxacin, furazotidone triple therapy; the control group were given omeprazole, amoxicillin, metronidazole triple thera- py, both groups were taken two weeks for a course of treatment, after the end of treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The Hp eradication rate was 96.00% in obeser- vation group, which was significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （χ2=4.986, P = 0.037 〈 0.05）. The adverse drug reaction rate of observation group was 8.00%, the control group was 18.00%, the difference was not statistically significant （χ2=3.014, P = 0.178 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of omeprazole, levofloxacin, furazolidone triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection is superior to omeprazole, amoxi- cillin, metronidazole triple therapy, it can significantly improve the H. pylori eradication rate, has no serious adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.
