摘要
目的:观察中药熏蒸配合运动疗法治疗偏瘫后肩痛的效果。方法:69例随机分为两组,治疗组37例用中药熏蒸配合运动疗法,对照组32例单用运动疗法。结果:总有效率治疗组100%、对照组71.9%。结论:中药熏蒸配合运动疗法治疗偏瘫后肩痛效果明显。
Objective： To observe the effect on shoulder pain after hemiplegia treated by herbal fumigation combined with exercise therapy. Method： 37 cases were treated with herbal fumigation combined with exercise therapy as the study group while 32 cases were only treated with exercise therapy as the control group.Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 100% while that of the control group was 71.9%.Conclusion： Herbal fumigation combined with exercise therapy has obvious effect on shoulder pain after hemiplegia.
