摘要 介绍了冰箱换热器性能测试系统的工作原理、硬件构成和软件功能的实现。基于LabVIEW平台编写的软件完成了对数据采集系统的控制,数据的存储、分析计算和显示。同时,程序接收用户的指令,将指令传送至PLC对系统运行进行控制。实验结果表明,该系统具有控制和测量精度高、自动化程度高、运行稳定可靠、用户界面友好等优点。 The working principle,hardware structure and software design of refrigerator heat exchanger performance test system are introduced in this paper.The software based on LabVIEW completed the controls of data acquisition system,date deposition,processing and display.The program received instructions from a user and sent them to PLC to control the system.The results show that the system has characteristics of high precision in control and measurement,high automatic degree,steady performance and friendly customer interface.
