摘要
结合PVC自动配混监控系统项目的开发,介绍了欧姆龙C200HE串行通信接口的工作机制与特性,主要分析了在Delphi环境中实现上位机和C200HE监控系统的串行通信技术,并给出了部分关键程序。实际应用表明,给设计简单实用,性能可靠,对其他同类型的控制系统的设计有一定的借鉴作用。
The serial communication mechanism and characteristic of OMRON C200HE PLC based on the development of the monitoring engineering project of PVC compounding are introduced. The method and some key program of realizing communication between the upper computer and PLC with Mscomm in Delphi are mainly analyzed. Practical application shows this scheme is simple and utility. Also, the reliable performance of communication accords with the field requirement and the scheme has a reference value to develop the same kind of the control system.
