摘要
介绍以工控机和PLC为核心构成的超滤控制系统,工控机运行力控监控软件,PLC选用西门子公司S7-200系列的CPU224和EM223、EM235模块。力控和PLC之间采用点对点接口(Point to Point Interface,PPI)协议通讯。介绍了控制系统的功能、整个系统硬件构成和力控监控软件的特点,并分析了超滤自动控制软件的设计思路。
The ultrafilter control system comprised of industry computer in which Forcecontrol monitor software runs and CPU224 EM223 and EM235 modules chosen from Siemens＇ S7-200 family are introduced in this paper.The communication between Force control and the Programmable Logic Controller （PLC） uses point to point interface （PPI） protocol.This paper sets forth the function and hardwares of control system and the Force control＇s characteristics and analyzes the design thoughts of ultrafilter automation control software.
