摘要
目的:对应用甲泼尼龙对患有重症哮喘的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:收治重症哮喘患者72例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组36例。对照组患者采用氢化可的松进行治疗;治疗组患者采用甲泼尼龙进行治疗。结果:治疗组患者哮喘症状的控制效果明显优于对照组;血气指标的改善幅度明显大于对照组;症状和体征控制时间明显短于对照组。结论:应用甲泼尼龙对患有重症哮喘的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective：To methylprednisolone on suffering from severe asthma patients were clinical therapeutic effect analysis.Methods：Selected 72 cases patients with severe asthma cases,divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group the average.Control group was treated with hydrocortisone treatment;patients in the treatment group were treated with methylprednisolone.Results：The treatment group patients asthma control effect is better than the control group;blood gas indicators improved significantly greater than the control group;symptoms and signs control time was significantly shorter than that in control group.Conclusion：The application of methylprednisolone on patients suffering from severe asthma patients undergoing treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
