摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液(SFI)辅助化疗治疗小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的临床疗效。方法将70例SCLC患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,均采用EP化疗方案(顺铂75mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天;依托泊苷100～120mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～3天),观察组加用参芪扶正注射液(于化疗前3天开始用参芪扶正注射液250 ml静脉滴注,每天1次,与化疗同步)。两组均以21d为1个周期,2个周期后评判疗效。结果近期疗效:观察组患者有效率为65.7%,高于对照组(54.3%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生活质量:观察组患者Kamofsky评分提高者+稳定者为77.1%(27/35),对照组为51.4%(18/35),观察组生活质量改善高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应:观察组白细胞下降、血小板减少、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液辅助化疗能改善SCLC患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Shenqi Fuzheng Injection（SFI）adjuvant therapy of small cell lung cancer（SCLC）.Methods 70 cases of SCLC patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,Both groups were treated with chemotherapy（DDP 75mg/m2,iv,d1;VP-16 100-120mg/m2,iv,d1、2、3）,the observation group were added SFI（the start of SFI intravenous infusion was before the beginning of chemotherapy of 3 days,250ml at a time,once a day,synchronize with chemotherapy）;A treatment cycle comprises 21 days,and judge the curative effect after two treatment cycles.Results Short-term curative effect：the efficiency of patients in the observation group was 65.7%,higher than that of the control group（54.3%）,but there was no significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Life quality of patients：The Patients with increased and stable score of Kamofsky in the observation group accounted for 77.1%（27 / 35）,the control group was 51.4%（18 / 35）;The improvement of the quality of life in observation group was higher than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Adverse reactions：leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusions The SFI adjuvant chemotherapy can improve the life quality of patients with SCLC,and is worthy of clinical application.
