摘要
我国矿业权市场制度体系已初步设立,但矿业权交易有形市场功能还远未充分发挥。本文在对矿业权交易有形市场运行机制进行对比分析的基础上,提出了矿业权交易有形市场建设面临三个误区,并得出了以大视野、大市场的理念构建矿业权市场体系,从资产管理与价值管理结合的视角完善矿业权有形市场制度和从实践中不断完善政策的结论与建议。
In our country mining rights market system has initially established.But the function of mining rights tangible market is far from sufficient play.The paper on the basis of a comparative analysis for mining rights trading tangible market operation mechanism put forward three errors,and gives the vision,the idea of the market construction of mining right market system,from asset management and value management approach improving mining right tangible market system and from the practice of constantly improving policy conclusions and suggestions.
