摘要
用裂解色谱-质谱(PGC/MS)、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱(NMR)等方法对吸附滤板(芯)上吸附物进行成份分析测试。对变压器油进行模拟微生物污染试验,测定了培养过程中油介质损耗因数、界面张力和酸值等指标变化,并对油进行微生物染色计数检验。通过工业相容性试验,比较了油介质损耗因数升高前后变压器油成份变化。对不同油种进行油质试验与分析。试验结果表明,因绝缘漆存在质量问题使变压器油中含有绝缘漆的溶解物──醇酸树脂是油介质损耗因数升高的主要原因。
The composition of absorbents absorbed on the filter paper is analyzed and tested by PGC/MS, IR and NMR methods. In the transformer oil simulating microbial contamination test, the variation of dielectric loss factor, surface tension gnd ph value of oil in the course of cultivating are measured. Through the industrial compatibility test, the vahations of transformer oil composition before and after the oil dielectric loss factor increase are compared. The test results show that the main reason of the increase of oil dielectric loss factor is attrihutable to the quality of insuIating varnish.
