摘要
目的:研究苹果渣醋对高脂大鼠体重及血清中脂代谢水平的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为5组,除正常对照组外,其余4组给予高脂饲料,建立高脂大鼠模型。高脂大鼠连续灌喂苹果渣醋30天后,观察大鼠体重、血脂变化。结果:苹果渣醋能显著降低高脂大鼠体重,TG,TC,LDL-C和AI值,明显提升HDL-C值。结论:苹果渣醋对高脂大鼠具有减肥降脂作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of apple pomace vinegar on weight and lipid metabolism of high-lipid rats. Methods: Divide the rats into five groups randomly; four groups are fed with high-fat diet except for the normal control group. After the high-lipid rats. being fed with apple pomace vinegar continually for 30 days, observe the changes of body weights and serum lipid levels of rats. Results: Apple pomace vinegar could obviously reduce the body weights of rats, the contents of TG, TC, LDL-C and AI. In contrast, it could also improve HDL-C in serum. Conclusion. Apple pomace vinegar has effect on losing weight and lowing serum lipid of high-lipid rats.
