摘要
采用预防小鼠肥胖模型法,以昆明种雄性小鼠为试验动物,连续给予小鼠灌胃35d后,观测小鼠体重、血脂变化。结果表明:苹果多酚能有效降低小鼠体重和脂肪重量,降低血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量(p<0.05)。苹果多酚具有减肥降脂作用。
Taking Kunming male mice as study objectives, effects of apple polyphenols on weight losing and serum lipid lowing of the mice were evaluated in this study. The tested rats were administered by gavage continually with apple polyphenols for 35 days, and then the body weights, body lengths, Lee's indexes, fat weights (around the kidneys and spermaries), and serum lipid levels of the mice were measured. The results showed that the treatment of apple polyphenols can significantly decrease body weights and fat tissue weights around the testicle and kidney of the mice. Moreover, the serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) are markedly decreased by apple polyp.henols (p 〈 0.05). Apple polyphenols have effective functions of losing weight and lowing lipid of mice.
