摘要
为顺利解决ZAX-230型喷气织机生产经二重组织织物时易出现松经、棉球、纬缩等织疵问题,织物设计时合理选择纱线线密度,整经使用宝塔形纱,控制好整经张力及车速;浆纱保持纱线通道光滑,采用双面上蜡,加大里经退绕张力和湿区张力;穿综时将表经穿在前四页综框、里经穿在后四页综框;穿筘时将里经夹在表经中间;织造时做好清洁工作,偏大掌握上机张力,改进设计布边组织。最终,以上织疵问题得到了解决,织物质量得到了提高,满足了生产要求。
To solve weave defects of loose warp, cotton ball,weft shrinkage in producing warp backed cloth in ZAX- 230 air jet loom successfully, yarn linear density was selected rationally in fabric design, cone yarn was used in warping, warp tension and speed were controlled well. In sizing, yarn passage should be kept smoothly, double waxing was adopted,unwinding tension and tension in wet zone should be increased. In heddle draft,face warp was inserted in front four heald frames,inside warp was inserted in back four heald frames. In reed-in,inside warp was put in the middle of face warp. In weaving,cleaning should be clone well, loom tension was controlled larger, selvage weave should be modified. Finally,the above fabric defects can be resolved,fabric quality is increased and production demand can be reached.
