摘要
上海新江湾城的河湖水系作为绿色水基础设施,是防汛除涝排水安全、雨水资源利用及水资源调度、水环境保护及水生态修复和水景观营造等综合功能的共同载体。水系综合规划和建设充分发挥了河湖水系的安全、资源、环境与生态的综合功能,真正体现出了生态绿色和低碳。新江湾城在除涝排水安全上实现了"雨水自流排放、除涝以蓄为主";在水资源上,利用雨水资源及黄浦江天然潮汐进行引排水调度;再通过雨污分流、初期雨水面污染控制和岸坡生态化及水生态系统构建等措施,保护了河湖水系的水环境,并营造了新江湾城优美的水景观。
Served as the green water infrastructure, the river system in New Jiangwan City is a common carrier for integrated functions, such as flood control, drainage safety, storm water resource utilization, water resource management, water environment protection, water ecology restoration and water landscape creation, etc.. The integrated river system plan and construction have brought the river system’s comprehensive functions of the safety, resources, environment and ecology into full play, which has really reflected ecology, green and low carbon. In flood control and drainage safety aspects, the New Jiangwan City has realized the "stormwater self-flow discharge and the storage as the main measures in flood control". In water resource aspect, it has realized using the stormwater storm water and the natural tide of the Huangpu River to conduct the drainage management, than through such measures as seperation of stromwater and sewage, surface pollution control of initial storm drainage water, river bank and lake slope ecology and water ecological system building, etc., it has protected the river system’s environment and created a beautiful water landscape of New Jiangwan City.
