摘要
建立了维C银翘片的微生物限度检验方法,分别采用常规法和培养基稀释法对样品进行检查。实验结果表明,维C银翘片具有较强的抑菌活性,培养基稀释法可有效地去除样品的抑菌性。该方法可以客观反映维C银翘片中微生物的污染情况,可行性好。
To establish method to determine the microbial limit test for WeiC yin qiao tablets. Two methods had different percentage recovery. According to the result, WeiC yin qiao tablets has higher antimicrobial effects, which can be eliminated by using culture medium diluting method. The method is simple and feasible.
