摘要
目的探讨家庭访视对心脏瓣膜置换术患者出院后生活质量的影响。方法将64例行心脏瓣膜置换术患者随机分成对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规出院指导,实验组增加家庭访视一年,再进行对比性分析。结果实验组患者术后生活质量高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭访视能够使心脏瓣膜置换术患者出院后在遵医嘱服用药物、培养良好的生活习惯和保持良好的心态等方面得到详尽指导,减少相应并发症发生的危险因素,实施出院后家庭访视能有效地提高心脏瓣膜置换术患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of family follow-up on the life quality of patients with heart valve replacement surgery after discharge.Methods 64 routine heart valve replacement surgery were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,control group with conventional discharge guidance,the experimental group the increase of family follow-up year,further comparative analysis.Results Life quality of patients after the experimental group was higher,the difference was significant.Conclusions Family follow-up can give detailed guidance in developing good habits and keep good attitudes and taking drugs prescribed by the doctor,and reduce the complications of the corresponding risk factors;family follow-up after patients＇ discharge can effectively improve the life quality of patients with heart valve replacement surgery.
