摘要
目的了解深圳市健康人群肺炎链球茵(Sp)的带茵状况、耐药性及分子流行病学特点。方法将健康人群分为0~,5~,15~,25~和60岁以上5个年龄组,采集鼻咽拭子进行分离和鉴定Sp,用全自动生化及药敏鉴定分析仪测定Sp的耐药性;采用多位点序列分型(MLST)对菌株进行分子分型。结果深圳市健康人群Sp带茵率为7.7%(40/521);所有菌株对盖替沙星、莫西沙星、力奈唑烷、万古霉素和利福平敏感;对青霉素G、复方新诺明、红霉素和四环素耐药性高;从40株Sp茵中挑选出37株进行MLST得到15个不同的ST型,以ST27l,ST320和ST876为主。结论深圳市健康人群鼻咽部sp携带率为7.7%,基因高度多态性,无优势菌株,sp茵株对大环内酯类、磺胺类和青霉素类药物耐药情况严重。
Objective To learn the carriage rate and test the susceptibility and molecular epidemiology of Streptococcus pneu- moniae(Sp) in healthy people in Shenzhen. Methods Throat swabs were collected from healthy people grouped by different ages in Shenzhen. Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated from throat swabs. Test the susceptibility of Streptococcus pneu- moniae with VITEK 2-Compact. Test of Streptococcus pneumoniae with MLST. Results Sp were isolated from 40 swabs, giving an overall carriage rate of 7.7 %, All 40 Sp were sensitive to Gatifloxacin, Moxifloxaein, Linezolid, Vancomycin and Rifampicin. Drug resistance were high to Benzylpencillin, Trimethoprim,Erythromycin and Tetracycline. MLST:15 different ST patterns were observed in the 37 Sp strains. Conclusion The status of oral pharyngeal carriage of Sp was 7.7% in healthy people in Shenzhen. Genotyping have polymorphism and no ascendancy strain. The Sp status showed widely resistant to Macrolides,Sulfanilamide and Benzylpencillin.
