摘要
目的研究武汉地区健康儿童肺炎链球菌带菌状况及药物敏感性。方法收集武汉地区某大型幼儿园297名健康儿童的鼻咽拭子标本,分离鉴定肺炎链球菌,琼脂稀释法测定9种抗菌药物对肺炎链球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果297份鼻咽拭子标本共分离出78株肺炎链球菌,分离率为26.3%。其中,青霉素敏感率为48.7%,红霉素、克林霉素、四环素、复方新诺明的敏感率分别为14.1%、14.1%、14.1%、10.3%,头孢克洛和头孢曲松的敏感率分别为34.6%和89.7%。未发现左氧氟沙星耐药株。结论武汉地区健康儿童肺炎链球菌的携带率高,耐药性亦较高,且多为多重耐药菌株,除左氧氟沙星、头孢曲松和氯霉素外,大多数口服抗菌药物对肺炎链球菌的敏感性差。
Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae carried by healthy children in Wuhan. Methods 78 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were collected from 297 children to determine their susceptibility to 9 kinds of antibiotic agents by agar dilution method according to the approved standard of NCCLS. Results The carrier rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae was 26.3% in the day-care center. There were 40 penicillin-nonsusceptible and 67 erythromycin-resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae was found. Conclusion The antibiotic resistant of Streptococcus pneumoniae were serious in Wuhan,and most of them were multi-resistant strains.
