摘要
目的调查分析某三级甲等医院专项整治前后Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况,了解整治成效,为普外科围手术期抗菌药的合理使用提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查法,分专项整治前(4～6月)、整治期间(7～9月)及整治后(10～12月)3组,对2011年4～12月普外科甲状腺摘除术、乳腺摘除术、疝手术围手术期抗菌药物使用率、使用时机、选药品种、术后使用天数等指标进行调研及统计分析。结果专项整治后,甲状腺术、乳腺术、疝手术抗菌药物使用率分别为9.52%、21.43%、62.5%,3种手术平均使用率为33.33%,接近卫生部整治目标值30%;预防选用抗菌药品种符合指南率为100%;其他指标也有大幅好转。结论本次专项整治行动能明显提高Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the usage of antibacterial drugs in perioperativeⅠincision in ordinary surgery in the grade 3 class hospital,so as to understand special govern effect and to provide evidence for the rational application of antibacterial.Methods Case files of thyroid and lacteal gland and abdominal external hernia operation in ordinary surgery（2011-04 ～ 2011-12） were collected,case files from April to June were before rectification group,July to September was during rectification group,and October to December were after rectification group.Results After the special rectification,the perioperative application rate of antibacterial drugs in thyroid and lacteal gland and abdominal external hernia is 9.52%,21.43%,and 62.5%,respectively.The mean application rate is 33.33%.The preventive application of antibacterial is totally accordance to the guide.Conclusion The special rectification can significantly improve the rational application of antibacterial drugs in perioperativeⅠincision.
