摘要
目的:观察并分析应用腹水超滤过浓缩后腹腔回输技术治疗顽固性腹水的远期疗效的稳定性。方法:60例肝硬化顽固性腹水患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上,加用腹水浓缩回输腹腔治疗,对照组30例采用常规治疗。观察患者治疗前及治疗后1周、1月的体重、尿量、血清白蛋白、血肌酐、血浆钠、钾等指标的变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗1月与对照组比较,体重减轻,尿量增加,血清白蛋白增加,血肌酐水平下降,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗1月与治疗前比较,体重减轻,尿量增加,血清白蛋白增加,血肌酐水平下降,明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗1月与治疗1周比较,各项指标无明显改变(P>0.05)。治疗组血浆钠、钾无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论:腹水浓缩回输腹腔治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水远期疗效稳定。
Objective：To study the stability of late result of treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis refractory ascites by using reinfusion of ultrafiltration and concentration ascites to abdominal cavity.Methods：60 patients with refractory ascites were divided in two groups.Therapy group（30 patients）was conventional therapy and used reinfusion of ultrafiltration and concentration ascites to abdominal cavity.Control group（30 patients） was conventional therapy.We observed the anterior and posterior therapeutic change of body weight,urinary volume,serum albumin,serum creatinine and electrolytes potassium,sodium in 1 week and1 month.Results：Therapy group which had therapied 1month compared with control group which had therapied 1month was better significantly in body weight,serum creatinine,decreased significantly,urinary volume and plasma protein.Therapy group which had therapied 1month compared with pretherapy was decreased significantly in body weight,serum creatinine,and increased significantly in urinary volume,plasma protein.Therapy group which had therapied 1month compared with therapy group which had therapied 1week,did not change significantly（P0.05）.Electrolytes,potassium,sodium,did not change significantly in therapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis refractory ascites by using reinfusion of ultratiltration and concentrated ascites to abdominal cavity had a lasting and stable effect.
