摘要
目的:简述肝硬化腹水的病因病机以及经方治疗肝硬化腹水的临床应用,为经方临床治疗肝硬化腹水提供借鉴。方法:根据文献报道,采用现代中医理论,遵循辨证论治原则治疗肝硬化腹水,采用平行对照组与观察组,并进行比较。结果:运用中医理论辨证施治肝硬化腹水,经方观察组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:经方在现代中医理论指导下,治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效确切、安全性高,可为临床应用和科学研究提供借鉴。
Object： The pathogenesis of cirrhosis ascites and the clinical application of classical prescription in cirrhosis ascites were summarized in this paper.Method： The teatment group and group were compared with the syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine theory.Result： The result showed that the treatment group which was treated by the syndrome differentiation was upper control group.Conclusion ：The classical prescription based on the chinese medicine theory was effective and safe in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites,which can provide reference for clinical application and research.
