本文通过分析1例重度肾功能不全的老年胆道感染患者抗感染用药问题,探讨根据抗菌药物临床应用管理规定,如何为特殊人群患者选择抗菌药物以及如何设计合适的治疗方案。
By analysis the antibiotics choosing in an old biliary tract infected patient with severe renal insufficiency, we want to discuss how to choose a best antibacterial therapy for special population, according to the guideline and relative regulations.
