摘要
采用丁二酮肟光度法测定不锈钢中高含量镍,分析了影响测定结果准确度的各种因素,测定结果不确定度的来源主要包括测量重复性、试样溶液中镍浓度、试样溶液体积、称样量等7个方面,对各个不确定度分量进行了评定和计算,当不锈钢中镍的含量为35.633%时,扩展不确定度为0.254%(k=2)。
High content nickel in stainless steel was determined by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry and factors influenced accuracy of detection results were ananlysed. Main sources of determination uncertainty were measurement such as repeatability, nickel concentration, sample solution volume, sample weight etc. Each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated. Expanded uncertainty was 0.254%(k=2) as nickel content was 35.633%.
