摘要
铋钼蓝分光光度法测定钢中磷的含量是一种经典的分析方法,其测定结果的不确定评定是实验报告的重要组成部分。对一个钢样中磷含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定,对测量过程的重复性、标准曲线的建立、测量仪器、玻璃量器等影响不确定度的因素进行了全面评估,提出了合理的不确定度评定方法。
Bismuth phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry is a classical method to determine the content of phosphorus in steel,and uncertainty is necessary part of testing report.In this paper,uncertainty for the determination result of phosphorus in a steel sample was evaluated,the factors such as the repeatability of testing process,standard curve,measuring instrument glass container,ect.have been assessed,the evaluation method of uncertainty for determination of phosphorus has been established.
