摘要
迎接新生工作既是高校辅导员工作的一个崭新起点,也是高校辅导员工作的一个重要组成部分。当前高校辅导员要做好迎新工作,就应当做到以下两点:一是用心准备迎新工作,确保迎新工作更有序更圆满;二是有效进行新生教育,引导新生更好适应更快成长。
Freshman orientation is not only a new start, but an important component of university counselors work. To effectively fulfill freshman orientation work, university counselors should pay attention to the following two aspects ： First, carefully prepare for the work and ensure the orderly operation and completeness of freshman orientation Second, effectively conduct education for the freshmen, and guide them to adapt to the new environment soon.
