芩术四物汤乙酸乙酯萃取部位化学成分研究 被引量:3

Chemical Constituents from the Ethyl Acetate Extract Parts of Qinzhu Siwu Tang

摘要 目的:研究芩术四物汤乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶等分离操作进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质和波谱特征鉴定结构。结果:从芩术四物汤乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离鉴定了14个化合物,分别为棕榈酸甘油酯(1),2(S)-5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(2),β-谷甾醇(3),5,7-二羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(4),白杨素(5),苯甲酸(6),白术内酯-Ⅲ(7),反式阿魏酸(8),7-羟基-4'-甲氧基异黄酮(9),黄芩苷元(10),5,7,3',6'-四羟基-8,2'-二甲氧基黄酮(11),3,5,7,2',6'-五羟基二氢黄酮(12),5,7,2',6'-四羟基黄酮(13),没食子酸(14)。结论:14个化合物均首次从芩术四物汤复方中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituent from the ethyl acetate extract parts of Qinzhu Siwu Tang. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and gel permeation chromatography. The structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Result: 14 compounds were isolated and identified as tripalmitin (1), 2 (S) -5, 7-dihydroxy-6- methoxyflavanone (2), ]3-sitosterol (3), wogonin (4), chrysin (5), benzoic acid (6), atractylenolide- ]1[ (7), trans-ferulic acid (8) , formononetin (9) , haiealein (10) , 5, 7, 3', 6'-tetramethoxy-8, 2'-dimethoxyflavone (11), 2', 3, 5, 6', 7-pxy-entahydroflavanone (12), 5, 7, 2', 6'-tetrahy-droxy flavones (13), gallic acid (14). Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from Qinzhu Siwu Tang for the first time.
