摘要
为了从机理上揭示造成换挡冲击的原因,指导换挡过程建模和制定动力传动系统协调控制策略,以1-2升挡过程为例,对研究对象进行了运动学分析,并应用Lagrange方程进行了行星齿轮液力自动变速器换挡过程动力学分析,得到了考虑行星齿轮系统各构件及轴系的转动惯量的换挡过程动力学方程,为建立换挡过程模型奠定了基础。在升挡过程转矩相,得到了变速器输入轴转矩和离合器传递的摩擦转矩之间的定量关系,给出了转矩相发动机转矩和离合器摩擦转矩的协调控制方法。在升挡过程惯性相,得出了涡轮转速变化率与换挡冲击的关系,为制定换挡过程动力传动系统协调控制策略奠定了基础。对换挡动态过程进行了适当的简化,给出了升挡过程变速器输出轴转矩的近似估计方法。
To Study the mechanism of shifting shock and to model the shifting process and develop the powertrain coordinating control strategies, this paper takes a 1-2 up-shifting process tbr example, kinematics analysis was presented and the dynamics analysis of the planetary automatic transmission during shifting process was presented by using the Lagrange method. The dynamics of the shifting process equation considering rotary inertia is analyzed which is the/bundation to model the shifting process. During the torque phase, the quantitative relationship between the turbine torque and clutch torque is found and the coordinating control method for the engine torque and clutch torque during the up-shifting process is obtained. During the inertia phase, the relationship between the turbine speed variable rate and shirking shock is obtained. The approximation method of the transmission output torque is presented.
