摘要
从理论和实验上研究了用光漂白的方法实现PMMA/DR1聚合物周期性波导 ,并制备了光栅耦合器。由辐射模的辐射角的变化求出了由光漂白引起的波导有效折射率的变化 ,并确定了所制备的周期性波导几个辐射模式的出射角。
The techniques of preparing PMMA /DR1 periodic waveguide on polymer film by photobleaching method have been studied in this paper. The grating coupler was realized in our experiment. The effective refractive index change was determined by measuring the direction change of the outcoupled beam during photobleaching.
