摘要
报道了两种非线性有机聚合物(非醚PPQ和Poly-3BCMU)波导全光开关的实验研究.应用前向简并四波混频原理在PPQ薄膜光波导中演示了全光开关功能.利用Poly-3BCMU的光漂白性质,设计并制备了能与光纤系统兼容的波导光开关实验器件.
The experimental devices for all optical switching based on two nonlinear polymers are reported. All optical switching has been demonstrated in PPQ waveguides by means of forward degenerate four wave mixing. Photo induced bleaching of Poly 3BCMU has been used to construct an experimental device compatible with fiber systems.
